My name is Corey Tate. I’m 20 years old, a psychology student, and the founder of KAD Fitness — a brand built on discipline, growth, and mental resilience.

I’ve struggled with yo-yo dieting, self-doubt, and the mental battles that come with trying to change your body while fighting what’s going on in your mind. Fitness saved me more than once — not just physically, but mentally.

That’s why I created KAD Fitness. My goal is to help others push past the same barriers — the anxiety, the inconsistency, the lack of self-belief — and build not only a stronger body, but a stronger mindset.

Through KAD, I combine my psychology background with real training experience to help people stay consistent, understand their habits, and develop the confidence they’ve always wanted. Because fitness isn’t just about reps and calories — it’s about learning who you are when things get hard, and proving to yourself that you can push through.
